Week Six of our #PhotoDiary and we have been discussing how a culture of safeguarding might become embedded across the Care Village.
This is fundamental to our model and will ensure that both nursery children and older people can experience a safe, nurturing environment that respects who they are and is both dignified and sensitive. In all our planning and preparations we have thought very carefully about the importance of psychological safety at every age.
This week we are also sharing a plan of the Nursery space. This is located on the ground floor of the building. From the plan, it is clear to see the integrated nature of the space and the outdoor areas. We can’t wait to be able to access the building in the next few weeks when the builders have worked their magic!
