Introducing Living Lives Together
Living Lives Together is an intergenerational project that brings together a vibrant network of partners – from voluntary sector organisations, nurseries, and schools, to care settings and community groups. United by a shared vision, we are building new ways to connect people of all ages through music, storytelling, and shared creative experiences.
This collaboration is a celebration of the care, wisdom and energy that exists across every generation – and of the power of learning together, side by side.
A Community for All
Our goal is to ensure that the opportunities we create are fully inclusive, regardless of age or ability. Whether you’re 8 or 80, we want individuals, families, and communities to feel welcome, included, and inspired to join in.
From intergenerational choirs to art and movement sessions, the activities have been designed to nurture connection, curiosity, and wellbeing in ways that feel joyful and accessible to everyone involved.
Creative Thinking, Collaborative Solutions
At the heart of Living Lives Together is the idea of combinatory play – a concept that encourages mixing diverse ideas, people and experiences to spark new and imaginative solutions to persistent challenges.
By creating spaces where everyone has a voice, where doing is as important as discussing, and where innovation comes from collaboration, we are beginning to see real impact on loneliness, isolation, and wellbeing – across all ages.
