Living Lives Together

Previously known as Harmony Wheels
Uniting nurseries, schools, care settings, voluntary groups, and community organisations through music, storytelling, and creativity. This vibrant collaboration celebrates the wisdom, energy, and care found in every generation, offering inclusive, joyful opportunities for connection and wellbeing. From choirs to creative workshops, we’re building a more connected, compassionate future by learning, playing, and growing together.
Why it matters and who supports us:
This project helps bridge generational divides by fostering understanding, confidence, creativity, and a sense of belonging for everyone involved. It promotes inclusive, community-based experiences that reduce loneliness and spark connection. We’re incredibly grateful to Cheshire Community Foundation and Chester Business Club for their generous support and belief in the power of intergenerational work.
Who’s involved and where it’s happening:

Living Lives Together is a Creative Health Partnership led by Ready Generations. It works across Cheshire West and Chester with partners bringing unique expertise to support intergenerational connections and resilient communities.
