So much of our lives have been off-limits and so many of us have experienced huge loss. During this time the small ways we have been able to connect with each other have meant, more than ever.
More of us have been remembering to look out for each other, to take care of one another, to be there for one another. People have seen the importance of our local communities and have put extra effort into preserving old and building new connections.
This has been a chance to really change the way we see each other, the places we live and how we each fit in.
It’s a chance to build stronger, kinder better-connected communities. It’s a change we need, not just for now, but for good.
Let’s remember that we are the ones that make our community. And our community makes us.
